Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry, we store the details you provide (name, contact details, dates, venue, budget and message) so our team can reply. These details are emailed to our studio inbox and are never shared with advertising platforms.

Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure how our Instagram and Facebook ads perform. It records page visits, that an enquiry was sent (without any of its contents), and taps on our WhatsApp button, together with technical data such as your browser, device, IP address and Meta cookies. Meta may use this to measure and optimise our ads.

The Meta Pixel is not loaded for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, or when we can’t determine your region. It is also not loaded if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal — turning either on is how you can opt out at any time. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
